The staff were very amiable and top-class and the location was incredible very close to the city center. The breakfast was above average - a wide array of dishes.

1st class brand-new hotel with immaculately clean and panoramic rooms. New building and rooms with nice decoration. Particularly good and perfect setting, right by the monastery in the center of the town, restaurants and transportation and the surrounding mountains. Generally the service was excellent. Amazing experience there.

A bit disorganised staff!

Very helpful and respectful staff, they smile all the time. The location of the hotel is stunning, just next door to Intourist which faces the Kazbek Mountain and Gergeti Trinity Church, the monastery in the center of the town, and Kazbegi. Also, we both greatly enjoyed Gergeti Glacier, located just a short stroll away from the venue.

It is a historic building, the rooms are modern with from view. The location is amazing and marvellous, in the area nearby. The place to order lunch at a short distance from the hotel is Shorena's. The restaurant serves tasty Indian food.

We had a wonderful experience at Intourist. The front facing room we stayed in had plenty of space and offered breathtaking views of the Kazbek Mountain and Gergeti Trinity Church. The hotel's location was stunning and provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The staff, particularly Ika at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel special and were always friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and the food served was delicious. Despite a few minor issues, such as delays at check-in and limited vegetarian options for breakfast, overall I would highly recommend Intourist for a memorable stay.

Make sure you stay in the twin/double room with a priceless view, 2 queen beds, the balcony. The location is amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Soviet Mural. You'll need just 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown. Hotel restaurant is good for dinner.

We had the most really amazing few days there. The staff were extremely polite and provided us with an exceptional and absolutely fantastic breakfast. The room was spotless and panoramic, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was central, near to the local stores and the restaurant.

We would definitely recommend this hotel, spent here GOOD 1 night. The property was top-class, we appreciated it, especially the mountain view. The restaurant was good for dinner here, we had delicious dishes. The location was amazing, at a moderate distance from Soviet Mural.

the room is modern with an exceptional view of the mountains. there is a wide range of facilities in the room such as : central heating, a safe and multi-channel tv. the staff in general is very very helpful and respectful. excellent service, they provide a free parking and free wi-fi.

Our room was new-fashioned with open balcony, and we enjoyed having access to wake-up service. The breakfast was above average and fantastic and there was a wide array of outstanding food. The hotel location was stunning and beautiful in the center of the town. Moreover, it was not far from the lobby/restaurant, and Gergeti and mountains.

This hotel's location is very convenient; it's only a short walk to the city center and everything the city has to offer. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking, and it was so nice to wake up every morning and see it. The breakfast was amazing, and there were plenty of different options to choose from. Families with children will love the hotel's leisure facilities, including a gym, pool and gardens.

The noise levels from other hotel guests could be quite high at times.

We enjoyed the beautiful views that we could see outside from the seating area which was nice. the staff members were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a great open buffet. the location was convenient as it was easily accessible to the local stores, and there were many international TV channels available. However, I would opt to stay elsewhere, given that the price didn't justify the lack of cleanliness and outdated facilities.

The bathroom was outdated, and the shower was awkwardly placed in the middle, causing water to spray everywhere. the room was too small for us, and there was also no air conditioning.
